  Attention: Inland Empire Society of American Foresters 

  There is one week until the official start of our annual IESAF Leadership Retreat at Chewelah Peak and I have several developments that may be of interest to you!

  First - 49 Degrees North has agreed to accommodate our request for reduced rate lift tickets 

          Friday lift rates are reduced from $42 to $20 per adult! 

          Saturday lift rates are reduced from $48 to $33 per adult! 

          The only catch is that you must RSVP by 5 pm January 29th (call 509 937-4432 or e-mail me at brittonp at dor.wa.gov) 

  Second - 49 Degrees North Nordic Skiing Area trail fee is $9 per day 

  Third - those wishing to snowshoe or cross country ski off the groomed areas and around the facility are welcome (snowshoes are available for use at the learning center)

  All Attendees (including those registering upon arrival) Must RSVP by Tuesday January 27th so that we pick up the right amount of groceries!

  Looking forward to working (and playing) with all of you! 

  Chewelah Peak Learning Center is dormitory style and attendees should
  bring sleeping bags or bedding

  It is winter and some of the activities (both work and play) will be
  conducted outdoors so be prepared

  Most importantly, if you have a favorite beverage bring it! (we'll
  provide the bottled water and coffee)

  I seem to remember that last time we needed to bring our own towels,
