Selkirk Chapter Meeting

 

Thursday, November 15

 

6:00 PM - The meeting is at The Chic-A-Ria's German Inn & Pub, 1812 West Francis (5-Mile Shopping Plaza), Spokane, WA.

 

0645 PM - Program:  "Proposed Licensing in Washington" w/Brett Winterowd.  This presentation is not to be 

missed, because the IESAF and WASAF are jointly developing a position statement on licensing.

 

08:00 PM - Business Meeting 

 

Dinner is three (3) choices and includes coffee, tea or soft drink & includes tax @ 8.5% and gratuity of 20%.  1) Schnitzel ($18.00) which is lean cut pork breaded and cooked with savory seasonings. Served with brown sauce and German Spaetzle and vegetable.  2) Hamburger w/Cheese and Bacon ($14.00) on toasted bun w/lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and French fries.  3) Rueben Sandwich ( $13.00) of corned beef, sauerkraut, and natural Swiss cheese with 1000 island dressing, grilled on German Rye.

The next meeting is Dec 125 @ 6 PM, @ American Cheese Cake Café in CDA.  Our own Albert Merkel and 

Clark Fleege w/Forest Service @ Lucky Peak Nursery will make a presentation on Forestry & Poppy 

Production in Afghanistan.
