> Call for volunteers, Selkirk Chapter "Buy-a-Board for Habitat" booth at 
> the North Idaho Fair.

>     Selkirk Chapter is once again partnering with Habitat For Humanity, 
> with a Buy-a-Board for Habitat booth.  This year we will do the booth at 
> the North Idaho Fair, at the fairgrounds in Couer d'Alene.  Dates for 
> this years fair are Wednesday, August 23 thru Sunday, August 27th.  We 
> are required by the fair to have the booth staffed from 11am to 11pm 
> each day.  Staffing will be shared with Habitat for Humanity 
> volunteers.  In past years, at Timberfest in Sandpoint, booth staff have 
> found the venue excellent for opportunities to discuss forestry with the 
> public who come to buy a board and look over the SAF display.  In past 
> years, we have made significant donations of lumber and cash to our 
> partners, HFH.
