[Iesaf_panorama] 1910 Fires: One Century Later

The Inland Empire Society has asked each chapter to loan it $1,500 in order
to provide working capital for the upcoming annual meeting.  This meeting
will be held in Wallace, ID on May 20, 21 and 22 to commemorate the
one-hundredth anniversary of the 1910 Fire.  This loan will be put into an
account set up specifically for this meeting and used specifically on this
meeting. Income and expenses will be accounted for and our loan will be
returned to us with registration dollars at the end of the meeting.  This
loan will prevent individual SAF members from being forced to loan money
from their personal accounts. 
 
This loan is not entirely risk free.  However, given the topic, location and
tremendous interest in the anniversary of the 1910 fire, it would appear to
be a low risk use of Panorama Chapter funds.  

We would like you to advise the Chapter officers on whether, or not, you
approve of this use of chapter funds prior to our commitment of our funds.
So respond to this e-mail with a reply to me by 5:00 PM Friday, February 19.
