Time is Running out for Early Bird Registration!  Here are some important
dates to keep in mind:

IESAF 2008 Annual Meeting:  The Challenges of Forest Management in the
Inland Northwest

The Inland Empire Society of American Foresters will meet March 20 – 22 in
Moscow, Idaho, to review the challenges facing forest managers in the
Inland Northwest.  The meeting will be held at the University Inn—Best
Western.

The main sessions will be on March 21 and will feature discussions on
forest management in the past, present and future, issues facing landowners
and stakeholders, and the challenge of forest biomass utilization.  Feature
speakers include Dale Bosworth, former U.S. Forest Service Chief and the
current Forest Supervisors of the Clearwater and Colville National Forests
(7 CFE-1 credits).

Specific topics to be covered are Fires, Forest Health and Climate Change,
Off-Highway Vehicle Management, Biomass and Timber Markets and others.

On March 22 there will be a special workshop on geographic information
systems (5 CFE-1 credits).
