[Iesaf_palouse] loan to section

[Arleen and Ned]

The Inland Empire state society has asked for a loan of $1500 for the 1910 Fire annual meeting on May 20, 21, 22. We discussed this at the leadership meeting. I need a vote if the Palouse/snake river chapter agrees. 

While it is a "loan" we may  not get it back if the registration at the annual meeting does not have enough to pay us back. The meeting will be an excellent review of the 1910 fires and the result 100 years later. I expect that registration and attendance will be good so the risk is not great and Terra King reports that the funds are available.

I recommend a Yes vote but I need some feed back. Please reply to this E-mail with your vote.
