[Iesaf_palouse] Roadless Rule Position Statement

Dear PSR Chapter Members,

Last week I sent an email requesting comments on the Roadless Rule
Position Statement proposed to the Idaho Chapters of the SAF.  Comments
need to be received by Feb. 20th - one week after our next chapter
meeting (Feb. 13th).  If you would like more information, please plan on
attending our next chapter meeting.  Brad Gilbert, lead on the Roadless
Rule in Idaho, will present the proposed rule amendments.
