[Iesaf_palouse] SAF special guest on Sept. 5th

Dear All,

I just learned tonight that Mr. Kapil Chitrakar will be attending our
SAF meeting next Wednesday.  Mr. Chitrakar is the retired Dean of the
College of Forestry at Tribhuwan University, Nepal.  He also held the
positions of Joint Secretary of the Nepal Ministry of Forestry and
Conservation and Executive Director of the Community Forestry program
within the same Ministry.  Mr. Chitrakar has expressed a desire to meet
with local forestry professionals.
