Greetings All-
For all of those planning on attending the SAF meeting tomorrow, March 28th,
featuring George Hatley's presentation on "The History of Forests and
Forestry in Latah County" - there has been a change in plans. Mr. Hatley
had a mild stroke over the weekend and will not be able to make the meeting.
He is recovering well, but it's obviously a little too soon for him to be
out and about.
Dan Miller from Potlatch has thankfully agreed to fill in for George with a
presentation entitled "Site Factors That Drive Species Selection Decisions".
The meeting time and location will remain the same.
In addition, Karl Stoszek and several other members will be honoring Jack
Fagan for his years of service to the profession and to the Society.
Sorry about the confusion and hopefully everyone will still be able to join
us. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks.
