of the Senate Committee on Community Affairs, and simply would make SB 736 minimally less awful than the current version of the bill. It has been described as a more politically astute version of the current bill, but would still deny access to the courts
to countless owners of detached single family homes with construction defects. No one should confuse this (anticipated) amendment with any position taken by RPPTL or the Construction Law Committee.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
