<p class="MsoNormal">Attached is Senate Bill 908 which deals with bonds. There are a number of changes to chapter 255, portions of chapter 627 dealing with attorney’s fee claims and also to sections 713.23 and 713.245.

<p class="MsoNormal">This has been circulated within the CLC Legislative Subcommittee and it was unanimous that the bill should be opposed. That will be the recommendation of the subcommittee to the CLC. There will be a special CLC phone call tomorrow at 2pm.<o:p></o:p></p>
