Casualty Co. v. Treace, out of the 5th DCA. This is a recent and interesting case concerning a successful appeal and reversal of the trial court’s refusal to find that the Plaintiff’s award for attorneys’ fees were covered under MCC’s CGL policy. Mr. Whelan
successfully handled this case on behalf of the ultimately successful homeowners. Mr. Whelan is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law and focuses his practice in Construction Litigation and Arbitration, Business Litigation, and Real Property
