<p class="MsoNormal">A Senate Bill (SB 460) has been filed which would increase the cost of recording a claim of lien and modify the provisions relating to the recording of a claim of lien under Section 713.08, Florida Statutes. Attached for your convenience
is a copy of the Bill. The legislative subcommittee of the CLC has discussed and vetted these proposed changes and
<u>unanimously recommends the CLC oppose SB 460</u>. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For purposes of establishing the position of the CLC as a whole that we can include in any ultimate recommendation to the RPPTL Section, I am calling a
