planning process will be covered with attention to the procedures that are used in creating a work breakdown structure to facilitate cost<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">estimating, budgeting, scheduling, trade coordination, and identifying risks to the project. Project management tools such
as activity lists, network diagrams, and Gantt Charts will be reviewed. The site and building construction phases will be reviewed in addition to the<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">inspection process. The construction sequence associated with multi-family wood/concrete construction will be reviewed. The
extent of work required for “rough-in” inspections, final inspections, and certificate of occupancies will be reviewed with consideration for evaluating sub-contractor scope compliance. Contract close-out phases and an overview of lien releases and certifications
will be addressed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
