It is shaping up to be an outstanding Institute. As in the past, the faculty is first rate, including leaders in Florida Construction Law and nationally. We have recently extended invitations to each of the state’s Complex Business Court Judges and to the Chief Judges of the state’s District Court’s of Appeal (to either attend or send a designee appellate judge). To date, we have already received confirmation from a Business Court Judge and an Appellate Judge from the 2<sup>nd</sup> DCA. We expect more to accept the invitations.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black'><br>We are also very pleased to announce that Chief Justice Ricky Polston of the Florida Supreme Court will be speaking at the Saturday Breakfast.
