Folks –

I hope everyone is easing gracefully into the imminent Florida summer weather. Brett Henson is going to chair the meeting this month as my wife and I are staying in Chicago for a few days after the Forum meeting to spend some time with our daughter, and I’ll be on a plane when the meeting is happening. Thanks, Brett!  The agenda is attached as are the minutes from our April meeting.

Another profound thank you is owed to Sean Sullivan who has chaired the CLE Committee for several years but has decided to pass the torch to Anya Pardy and Nestor Bustamante. The CLE Committee is one of the heavier lifts within the CLC, and Sean’s done a fabulous job. Thank you, Sean!

This month, our CLE program is David Adelstein who will present on “Burden for Differing Site Conditions and Claims” which I’m sure will be great. We’ll send around his materials after the meeting.

I hope everyone has a great week and I’ll see you all again in June.
