[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Good evening folks -

We will have our regular monthly CLC meeting tomorrow, June 8, 2026. We had a great RPPTL Executive Council meeting in Ponte Vedra last weekend in which our CCNA/P3 legislation was approved by the Real Property Roundtable and received as an information item by the entire Executive Council. The plan is for it to be an action item at the August Executive Council meeting so the formal legislative submission process can begin. I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer.

Attached are the Agenda and draft minutes from last month's meeting.

Our CLE this month is a bit difference as we are putting on a Section CLE from 12-1 (eastern) TODAY (so our meeting will be brief). The Section asked that we put on two Section CLE's this year, and this is our second one. Brett emailed information about it to you last Monday.
