[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Folks -

There were a few things of particular note for our group at this weekend's RPPTL Executive Council Meeting that I felt it important to report.

First, the At Large Members are doing a review of each committee's website, and ours was called out multiple times as being "perfect" and "the one to go look at if you want to see it done right" in both the Real Property Division Meeting and the overall Section meeting. So kudos to Klarika Calplano for the great work she's done, and her predecessors as well. Thank you, Klarika!

Second, the Real Property Certification Review committee is modifying its approach somewhat (to be more like our approach with the CLI), and in the discussion on that, we got called out again by the Real Property Division chair as the group that was "doing it right" on that front as well. So, thanks for that goes to both the Certification Review Committee and the CLI committee. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Third, we still are in need of a co-chair for our Pro Bono subcommittee, so if you are up for taking that on, please email me, Jason, and Brett.

Finally, Brett Henson gave a great  initial summary at the RP Division meeting of the P3/CCNA legislative proposal, so we've cleared that first hurdle to getting it squared away for the 2027 session.
