The American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) is a national organization of lawyers dedicated to the specialized practice of construction law. The ACCL is sponsoring a series of thought-provoking webinars taught by leading construction lawyers. The first in this series will deal with tariffs , escalation and their impact on the construction industry entitled "Changes in Federal Procurement- Now that the dust has settled....somewhat."

The ACCL is offering this one-hour webinar to the construction industry at no charge to attendees. James F. Nagel and Bob Symons will present the webinar on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 3pm ET.
