Good afternoon CLC and I hope you’re all having a great weekend, and perhaps even enjoying some college football.

Our monthly CLC conference call will be on Monday, September 8, 2025 , starting at 11:30 A.M. (Eastern) / 10:30 A.M. (Central). The agenda is attached, and I look forward to seeing you, albeit in little boxes on all of our screens.

We will have some exciting news at the meeting about a new subcommittee that is being created, so come to the meeting if you want to learn about that.

This month’s CLE will be presented by Matthew Fadden, Ph.D, P.E. of Walter P. Moore; he will be presenting on the Surfside / Champlain Towers Collapse and Forensic Investigation.
