As mentioned during yesterday's  CLC meeting, the ABA Construction Law Forum's Regional Meeting will take place on November 13-14, 2025, in Orlando.  The program will take place at the offices of GrayRobinson, P.A., 301 E. Pine Street, Suite 1400, Orlando, FL 32801.



The program will take place over two days and is focused on Construction Law Essentials: Day 1: Fundamentals, which focuses on legal concepts, such as the bidding process, schedules and delays, and termination; and Day 2: Sticks & Bricks, which focuses on technical expertise related to commonly used building materials, steel, masonry, and more.



This is a great program, particularly for your younger attorneys just starting in construction law, or even as a refresher for folks that have been practicing for a while.   It is a great opportunity to network with industry and legal professionals and gain fundamental knowledge of key legal concepts and technical expertise related to the construction industry and construction law.



If 4 or more members of your firm or organization attend, you will receive a rebate of $50.00 on each paid registration.
