[RPPTL constructionlaw]

I think we can have a brief discussion – maybe 5 mins tops. This also sounds like a broader section issue too, involving at least two other section committees – Real Estate Litigation and Real Estate Finance.. Maybe escalate to section leadership and request a task force?

I’m not familiar with the issues but will, if I have time, speak to one of my partners who may be familiar with them.

Good afternoon CLC and I hope you’re all having a great weekend, and perhaps even enjoying some fall weather. Up here in the panhandle, the high this weekend was in the low 80s, and the low last night was in the 50s, so it seems fall has finally arrived! At least we’re not waiting on a Nor’easter….
