Pardon my ignorance, but I am working on a lease where the landlord wants the tenant, at the end of the term, to remove and terminate all telecom and associated data “at the original phone board.” Can anyone advise me that the “phone board” is and whether it would be within the premises (which is a warehouse) or outside of the premises?
