[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Folks -

As I mentioned briefly during our monthly meeting yesterday, Jason, Brett, and I are working on plans for the next few years and would like broad input in doing so. The survey inquires about current CLC committee and sub-committee involvement, whether and how you might like to become more involved, and also about our initiative to enhance CLC member attendance at RPPTL Executive Council meetings, and ultimately greater involvement at the Section level.

One thing that I've come to appreciate during my tenure as vice-chair to our illustrious current chair is that while we are one of the largest and most active committees within RPPTL (and, frankly, the best) one would likely not realize that from our attendance at Executive Council meetings. We do have very high level presence in the section led currently by Cary Wright and Lee Weintraub (and others, like Hardy Roberts who gave a great presentation on AI at the last EC meeting, and Debby Crockett's leadership in creating the Insurance Certification ), but greater presence at the Section level would be ultimately beneficial for all of us.
