Have you ever wondered how you can give back to the community as a transactional construction attorney?

Certain legal aid organizations in Florida have expanded opportunities for transactional pro bono across the state of Florida for the purpose of supporting community development and progress. Needs that have been identified include the representation of entrepreneurs, non-profits, and qualifying small businesses. That means the services of attorneys who practice in the areas of real property, trusts and estates are in demand.

Please join us on January 12, 2026, at 12:00-12:50 p.m. for: On Ethical and Cultural Considerations in Pro Bono Representation of Small Business Clients. This informative program will feature representatives from Community Development Legal Services * Florida Community Development Legal Project<https://flcommunitydevelopment.org/>.  This program will be a joint presentation hosted by the Business Law Section Pro Bono Committee, the RPPTL At-Large Member Pro Bono Committee, and the CLC Pro Bono Subcommittee. This CLE will provide you with practical guidance on how you can get started providing transaction representation to qualifying non-profits and small businesses.
