[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Ist here really $105 charge ? The issue is will construction attorneys start using the legal date of loss and pji in settlement negotiations  or are they going to continue  to use negotiating costs at a trial.

As someone is was shocked that professionals wouldnt fix a date of loss in insurance cases .I think this type of seminar should be free or on a sliding scale based on years as an attorney.

A novice attorney might actually think this is new law.
