[RPPTL constructionlaw]

A friend of mine purchased a home and discovered active termite infestation which the WDO inspector missed.  From what I understand, the infestation and damage was apparent if the affected areas were observed/probed.  He is considering legal action against the inspector/inspection company.  If you know of someone in the Tallahassee area who may be able to assist him, please let me know and I will pass on the information.
