A potential client in Jacksonville is looking for someone to assist with the following.  Any recommendations?  Thanks.

"We need someone that can review a waiver submission for vertical accessibility to our in-plant second floor office (support area) used solely for our operating and maintenance personnel?  We intend to install a wheelchair lift in the front office area since that is more public space but want a waiver for the in-plant area since only plant operating and maintenance employees occupy the space. This is a specific FL addition to the US ADA requirement which we have been exempt at all other US plants."
