[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Good morning and happy holiday season CLCers,
I have attached for any that are interested the brochure for the ABA Forum on Construction Law Mid-Winter Meeting in Tampa (January 15-17).
Separate than the rest of the program is a discovery practicum on Wednesday the 15th. It is $125 a person and will be a great program presented by CLCers Luis Prats, Tim Ford, and Lauren Catoe.
All of those attending the practicum or other first time attendees to the Forum should plan to attend the Wednesday Networking event.
If you are new to the Forum or to construction law, or if the Midwinter Meeting is the first Forum meeting you have attended in a while, be sure to attend the New Attendee and Member Networking Event from 5:00-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15. You'll meet the Forum's leaders, hear about ways to get involved, and learn about the various Forum Divisions that focus on areas of specialization in construction law and provide members with opportunities for learning, networking, and fellowship. You'll also get to know other new attendees and seasoned Forum members who want to help you get the most out of your Forum membership.
