This is a reminder that we are having an out-of-cycle call and CLE presentation this Friday, April 1, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in connection with the RPPTL Executive Council meeting in Tallahassee, Florida.  For those attending the EC meetings in person, check the meeting itinerary for the room number.  For those attending remotely, the unique Zoom link for this meeting is at the bottom of this email.  This is a one-time Zoom link especially for this meeting.

Our CLE presenters for this meeting are the Hon. Paul Williams, former judge of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and Joseph A. McManus, Jr., shareholder with Carlton Fields, P.A., and President of its subsidiary Centinel Consulting, who will be presenting on Opportunities and Obligations in Federal Government Construction Contracting.  This presentation will cover the main regulations and contract provisions governing federal construction contracts and provide guidance on how to avoid the pitfalls of doing business with the federal government.
