This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be Monday, December 13, 2021, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be Alan E. Tannenbaum, Esq. of Tannenbaum|Scro , whose presentation is entitled “Duplexes and Connected Townhomes in HOA Communities.”

PLEASE NOTE:  FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR THE ATTENDANCE LINK, IT IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS EMAIL!

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; (2) the minutes from last month’s meeting; (3) Attendance List from last month’s meeting; (4) the CLE certificate for Monday’s CLE presentation; and (5) our speaker’s written materials for tomorrow’s presentation.

CLE NOTE:  The CLE certificate for today’s CLE is attached.  For CLE course numbers for past meetings, please have your assistants check the CLC website for course numbers. CLE NOTE FOR OTHER STATES:  It has come to my attention that some states require that we track attendance in order for participants to qualify for CLE credit.  If you are seeking credit for today’s presentation from another such state, please record your attendance using the link at the bottom of this email.  In addition, I have attached the attendance list from last month.  If you were in attendance last month and your name is not reflected on the list, please send me an email so that I can record it.
