Attached is the CLC Litigation Subcommittee’s summary of proposed Civil Procedure Rule Changes that were proposed by the Final Workgroup on Improved Resolution of Civil Cases. The Florida Civil Procedure Rules Committee is currently considering these proposed changes. CLC Litigation Subcommittee member Debbie Crockett, who is member of the committee, has agree to share the CLC’s comments on these proposed rule changes during the Civil Procedure Rules Committee’s meeting this Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 2:00pm.
We request that CLC members review the proposed amendments, and provide comments on the proposed changes at the survey link below:
