Just a reminder we are having an out-of-cycle Construction Law Committee meeting in connection with the RPPTL Executive Council Breakers Meeting next Monday, July 19 at 12:00 noon.

Our only agenda item is our CLE presentation.  Our CLE speaker is Gregory D. Podolak with Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C., who is presenting on: Shifting Focus: 2021 Changes to Florida’s Fee Shifting Statute
