Featured publication: The Effective Use of Forensic Experts in Construction Litigation
Upcoming opportunities
* April 15, 2021 - Diversity and Inclusion Brunch
* April 28, 2021 - How to Effectively Implement or Defend Against a Delay Claim: Scheduling for Construction Attorneys, Part II
* July 21, 2021 – Deadline for submission to Law Student Writing Competition – One year membership in Forum and $2,000 travel and tuition to 2021 Forum Fall Meeting in Seattle
* September 30-October 1, 2021 - Regional meetings will be held in September 2021 in Denver, Nashville, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Chicago. These are great opportunities to train associates.
National meetings will be held as follows:
* Fall 2021 - October 13-16, 2021 – Project Management (this was originally planned in Seattle for April 2020)
* Midwinter 2022 will be held February 24-26, 2022, in San Diego (originally planned for San Diego Midwinter 2021)
* Annual 2022- New York City in May 4-7, 2022.
