This is a reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE is this coming Monday, March 16, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  This will be a joint meeting with the Insurance and Surety Law Committee.

Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be Natalie Yello, Litigation Associate with GrayRobinson, P.A., whose presentation is entitled “Keystone Airpark Authority v. Pipeline Contractors, Inc.:  Repair Costs Can be Consequential Damages.”
