[RPPTL-constructionlaw] CLC CLE Credits

All,

I am getting a lot of questions about obtaining CLE credits for today’s CLE presentation.  For those of you new to the committee, we do not apply for CLE credit in advance.  Speaking as the man behind the curtain, on behalf of myself and our CLE co-chairs, we are lucky to have the CLE speaker’s materials in advance of the call, much less have applied for and received credit for them.  Keep in mind that we are all volunteers here.  Our practice is to submit for CLE credit for six meetings at a time.  In fact, Katie Heckert just applied for CLE credit for the August 2019 through January 2020 (today’s) meetings, for which I anticipate we will receive the course numbers in a month or so.  Once we receive the course numbers, an email will go out to the listserve and the course numbers will be posted to the website.
