Folks,

This is a reminder of our monthly CLC conference call and CLE scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2017, at 11:30 A.M.

Our speaker for Monday's CLE will be Meredith N. Reynolds, Esq., of Peckar & Abramson, P.C. in Miami, FL.   Ms. Reynolds will speak about the case of Altman Contractors, Inc. v. Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co., which is currently pending before the Supreme Court of Florida. This case will decide whether an insurance carrier is obligated to provide a defense to its insured during the pre-suit notice and repair process mandated by Chapter 558, Florida Statutes.

Attached are the following: (1) Agenda for Monday's meeting; and (2) Minutes from our April 10th meeting.  I will distribute the presentation materials for Monday's CLE presentation separately before our call.
