I cannot be on the call tomorrow.  My comment is that we should not group together all of the statutory changes into one response.
I believe that the changes to 713 are advisable.  I have no opinion on the others.  I asked to be on this subcommittee, and thought that I was appointed when Scott sent an email to Barry, but I never received any notice of any of the meetings.  Not sure who sent out the notices.

Dear CLC members,
Attached is Senate Bill 908 which deals with bonds. There are a number of changes to chapter 255, portions of chapter 627 dealing with attorney’s fee claims and also to sections 713.23 and 713.245.
This has been circulated within the CLC Legislative Subcommittee and it was unanimous that the bill should be opposed. That will be the recommendation of the subcommittee to the CLC.  There will be a special CLC phone call tomorrow at 2pm.
