Dear Valued RPPTL Committee Members:

First and foremost, I hope all of our RPPTL Family and Friends are safe after Hurricane Matthew.  I know many of you are in areas that had much property damage and some of you are still without power.  If you are in a zone impacted by the storm and if there is anything that we can do to assist, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Now – for some important announcements:

•        If you registered for the Disney Meeting and you did not attend, you need not do anything – your refund is currently being processed.  Please be patient as there are many refunds to be processed as this was going to be one of our best attended meetings ever.

•        If you registered for the Disney Meeting and you did attend, thank you for being part of the “Ride Out Crew” for the RPPTLs!  It may not have been the meeting that we had planned, but there are many memories that I will treasure for a lifetime – and some are even forever captured on film!  Rest assured, you also will be refunded your registration fees because the events that we were able to hold were not what you were promised.  Thanks for your patience and good humor – last week and while the refunds are processed.

•        As a reminder, the online version of the directory can be found on our website.   Once you are logged in, the link to download the directory is listed under the Executive Council Tab, Executive Council Members, Download the Directory.

•        Next up - Key West, Florida!  Updates on events to be sent out soon!  I hope it will be a memorable meeting – but not in the same way as Disney!
