This is a reminder that the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee has agreed to promote the Fall 2016 Regional Program of the ABA Forum on Construction Law.  The program is a comprehensive one-day seminar taught by  veteran construction lawyers in our region.  The Forum is offering a discounted registration fee ($300 marked down from $350). The program is ideally suited for young and newly minted construction lawyers, experienced practitioners who have the occasional construction case or transaction, and in-house counsel - as well as construction industry executives, project managers, designers, surety and insurance professionals.
