The ALMs application process is officially beginning with applications due by December 15, 2016.  Please see the attached correspondence and application to be an ALMS from Katherine Frazier (Director of the ALMS).  Please let Katherine Frazier know if you have any questions.  Please note that the application has been posted to the RPPTL website under the At Large Members Committee page in a writeable format as referenced in the letter.
