PLEASE NOTE:  Pleaser mute the your line unless you need to speak to the group.   Yesterday we were on the verge of potentially hearing attorney client privileged information about collecting judgments before Hardy muted the line for Fred to present the CLE.  ALSO, do not place the conference on hold to take another call.  Your hold music will be heard by all and make it uncomfortable if not impossible to proceed with the call.
