The title on the ad was incorrect and referenced the Advanced Real Estate Certification Review Course as the title of this course. 2016 Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course

The RPPTL Section's Construction Law Certification Review Course provides 21 hours of CLE over 2 1/2 days of comprehensive discussion perfect for experts or those simply wanting to brush up their skills.   The course covers eighteen subjects, including Design Liability, Construction Contracts and Contract Forums, Differences between Private and Public Construction Projects, Theories of Recovery and Causes of Action, Damages and Remedies, Delay Analysis, Licensing and Administrative Procedures Act, Suretyship, Insurance, Lien Law, Construction Lending, Condominium and Homeowners Associations, ADR, and of course, Ethics.  The course is held at the JW Marriott Grande Lake, Orlando, on March 10-12, 2016, concurrent with the Florida Bar's Annual Construction Law Institute, allowing attendees to share meals and networking time with over 250 Florida construction lawyers.
