[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Revised minutes

Attached please find revised minutes for today's meeting.  I mistakenly had combined the newsletter subcommittee under the heading of the membership subcommittee. I also have erased all traces of the insurance and surety subcommittee.  I think Ty Thompson and Bruce Partington will still give us updates as needed in their new roles of co-executive-special-reporting-administrative-and-communication-related-liaisons-to-the-surety-and-insurance-committee of the RPPTL Section of the Florida Bar. (that's not a real thing, but they will give us updates)
