I hope you are having a great weekend.  Our monthly CLC conference call is scheduled for tomorrow, August 11, 2014, at 11:30AM.

The Agenda for tomorrow's meeting is attached. Note that we will be discussing the new organizational structure for the Committee that was discussed on our last CLC monthly call and by CLC members attending the recent Executive Council Meeting in West Palm Beach.  We plan to implement this new structure in September.  Please consider whether there are new subcommittees you feel would better serve the CLC and/or if there are existing subcommittees you feel should be dissolved or merged with another subcommittee.  Also consider other committees within the RPPTL Section that might be relevant to your practice in which you could participate (I've included a list of all RPPTL Section Substantive Committees in the attached Agenda).

Also attached are the minutes from last month's call, prepared by Robert Doan, for your review and approval tomorrow.

Finally, attached is Fred Dudley's monthly construction regulation subcommittee report.
