Coming to 6 Great Cities: November 8; Fundamentals of Construction Law!
We're Back! Next month -- by popular demand -- the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry will present its Fundamentals of Construction Law program.
Repeated only every few years, The Fundamentals program is taught by leading construction lawyers in 6 locations around the country. If November 8 puts you within striking distance of Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York City or Tampa, this is your year!
Perhaps you've already attended this program in prior years. If so, you know that this is an extremely valuable training opportunity for colleagues in your firm or local area who may be new to construction law -- or for experienced lawyers who occasionally practice construction law. This program offers a reasonably-priced one day program (lunch is included in the registration cost) taught by leading construction lawyers who practice it daily at the highest levels. In addition to receiving outstanding CLE from leading practitioners, each attendee will also walk away with his or her own edition of Fundamentals of Construction Law (2nd Edition). This volume provides common sense and practical guidance on construction law issues and should be on the bookshelf of anyone whose practice touches on construction law.
Either join us yourself, or encourage your colleagues to attend who could benefit from this training (and feel free to forward this email!). But November 8 is a can't miss for all you need to know on The Fundamentals of Construction Law!
