The American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry presents Capital Projects:  P3s, Design-Build, and Beyond September 26-27, 2013, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C.  As you are aware, Florida now has enabling legislation to facilitate P3 delivery systems in our state (HB 85 creating or amending Sections 255.60, 287.05712, 336.71, and 348.754, Florida Statutes).  This timely program will be of benefit to those of us who practice in Florida, as the Forum has gathered experienced speakers from the United States and internationally to share their valuable insights on the topics of P3s along with Design-Build delivery and other timely issues impacting the future of design and construction.  Every construction law practitioner will find something whether your practice involves transactional services or litigation.
