Dear Fellow CLC Members: Good Sunday morning to each and every one of you. This email serves as a reminder that this month's Construction Law Committee (CLC) conference call starts sharply at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, April 8th. Please join us by dialing 888-376-5050. The Agenda for tomorrow's meeting will be emailed to you tomorrow (Monday) morning.

This month's speaker is Cordell Parvin. Mr. Parvin's presentation is entitled "Business Development for 2013 and Beyond." What I really like about Mr. Parvin is his prior career as a construction lawyer. So, F. Scott Fitzgerald was wrong about second acts (and in casting Leo DiCaprio in the remake of The Great Gatsby). Certainly, the topic is important as I visited with far too many good construction lawyers at the CLI that they were now performing primarily banking / foreclosure work, plaintiff's personal injury and, worse yet, title insurance claim defense. Any port in the storm.

In the meantime, please never hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns. Thanks, Arnie.
