[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Go Arnie - its your birthday!

Good Morning CLC Devotees: October 5th means but one thing in
Jacksonville - it's time to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of
its favorite son.  The touching cards, letters, emails and texts have
starting pouring-in from my adoring fans . For example, Walgreen's sent
me a text this morning wishing me a "Happy Friday and most importantly
happy birthday." It also stated that my cholesterol medicine refill was
ready for pick-up.  My financial advisor sent me a similar computer
generated automatic happy birthday email and which also suggested
increasing my life insurance coverage.   At breakfast this morning, my
son handed me a picture that he drew for me - I not only question his
artistic talents but the sincerity of the gift. I don't think that a
piece of notebook paper with old tic-tac-toe games scribbled all over it
is "art" or a gift suitable for your father's 49th birthday.  But my
mother-in-law sent me a card with 3 sexy young women on the cover (and a
snarky statement inside the card to the effect that I am old and have
misinterpreted the girls' intentions) but which included $75.00 in gift
certificates to my favorite bar-b-q joint in Jax.  My mother-in-law is
great and one of the reasons why I married my wife. 

Anywho .... See attached a scanned copy of the agenda for Monday's CLC
teleconference.  Please remember that the meeting portion of the
teleconference starts promptly at 11:30 a.m. with the CLE to immediately
follow.
