[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Breaking News - Scott Pence Selected at CLC's 3rd Vice Chair and Governmental Affairs Subcommittee Chair

CLC Gang:  Pardon the interruption but this announcement is fresh off
the wire. I am extremely pleased (actually excited) to announce that
Scott Pence has been selected to serve as the CLC's 3rd Vice Chair and
Governmental Affairs (GA) Subcommittee Chair.  Scott is the CLC's
inaugural  3rd Vice Chair and represents a new, additional voting seat
for the CLC on the RPPTL Executive Council (think Game of Thrones).

I decided to have the 3rd Vice Chair also serve as the Chair of the
CLC's Governmental Affairs Subcommittee (GAS).   The GAS is, at times,
the most active and critical subcommittee of the CLC as it interfaces
with the Section's other committees and subcommittees in regards to
legislative initiatives.   

Scott will soon announce a teleconference where the existing members of
the GAS will confirm their commitment to serve another year as well as
to welcome other CLC members who are interested in serving on GAS.  If
